Optional Extras

  • Wild herb foraging

Foraging locations vary depending on the season. You will need to arrange your own transport to the foraging site. We will be walking through the hills in Ibiza, so its recommended you wear adequate foot ware, and bring sun protection and water. Walks will take around half an hour, and we will cover a small area to find the key wild growing herbs.

What To Expect

We will show up at an agreed time to set up for the scheduled start time. If the workshop is being organised as a surprise for someone we can be discrete or arrange a special set up just for you.

As it’s a private event just for you and your group, you get to dictate how you would like everything to go. We will entertain your guests and make sure they have a time they will not forget!

At the end of the event we will clean the area and tidy away everything so you won’t need to worry. No cleaning, no stress, no worries.

Gift Vouchers

Want to give someone the ultimate surprise? You can give them a voucher for an entire private workshop, all they need to do is decide which friends to invite! Gift voucher details here.

Frequently Asked Questions

What locations can I choose for a private event?2019-03-12T15:51:25+00:00

You can choose almost anywhere! Host it in the privacy of your own villa or apartment and enjoy having the space to yourselves.

All we need is a table big enough to sit everyone, ideally in a location where everyone will be comfortable. This normally means somewhere out of direct sunlight, and potentially in a covered or sheltered area if there is a chance it could get too cold or rain.

For the gin experience and gin distilling school we will need a power outlet within a short distance of the table.

How long do the workshops last?2019-03-21T19:10:50+00:00

All the workshops last around 2 hours, with the exception of the gin distilling school which lasts around 3 hours.

What do I need to bring?2019-07-24T16:42:36+00:00

Our workshops are set up so all you need to bring is yourself. We will provide all materials and free drinking water, however we do recommend you bring your phone or camera to take photos to make your friends jealous on Instagram!

  • 5 star review  I got in contact with Phillip to organise a Hierbas workshop at our villa in Ibiza. As from the first contact with Phillip, I was surprised by how friendly and flexibel he was to find the perfect moment for the workshop. But it was the workshop itself that blew our minds! It was fun, educational, tasty, interactive,... we all had an amazing time and our bottles looked great! In a couple of months we can open our bottles, so we all have something to look forward to and see how our Hierbas eventually turned out ! Because of the workshop, we took a little bit of Ibiza home Best. Workshop. E V E R! Thank you so much Phillip and see you next time in Ibiza!!

  • positive review  Am partial to hierbas and specially requested a workshop in San Antonio and was blown away by how thoroughly interesting and professional the whole experience was. Fully worth the money, learnt a lot, got a bottle of hierbas out of it. Could not recommend it more. A thoroughly well spent couple of hours.
