1. Cancelation. You may cancel your standard booking for a full refund any time up until 24 hours prior to the event. After this time no cancelations are possible. If you can’t make it you are permitted to have someone else go in your place.
  2. Private bookings: Deposits are refundable up to 7 days prior to the event. Changes are permitted any time subject to availability.
  3. Change of date. Changes are permitted up to 24 hours prior to the event, subject to availability.
  4. Change of name. You are permitted to change the name on the booking any time.
  5. Last minute bookings. Should you wish to take part in a workshop in the last minute we may be able to accommodate you subject to availability. We recommend you book in advance if you want to be guaranteed a place. For very minute last bookings please contact us first to ensure we also have enough materials.
  6. The Drink Workshop requires a minimum of 4 people for a workshop to go ahead. Should this minimum number not be met you will be offered another day. If this is not possible then the workshop will be cancelled, and you will be refunded in full. 
  7. The Drink Workshop reserves the right to change the location of the workshops should our normal venue become unavailable.
  8. If for whatever reason The Drink Workshop needs to cancel a workshop you will be refunded in full.
  9. If a workshop needs to be cancelled due to bad weather you will be refunded in full.
  10. The Drink Workshop reserves the right to deny anyone who is intoxicated or is acting in a way to disrupt the group. No refunds will be given.
